PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION |
No nonsense, Avilinne keeps her wispy, straight gray hair pulled back into a tight bun at all times, which only makes her severe features more-so. She has a lazy drawl to her tone of voice, a sharp chin and pointed nose. Her eyes are a rich brown but hold little sweetness. Her mouth seems to be set in a permanent pucker.
Her skin is still rosy in the cheeks and smooth, and her hands nimble and able. It is obvious that she takes great pride in her crisp and organized appearance.

Avilinne runs a tight ship in the Tailorcraft workshops at the Hold, and believes that idle hands and chatter are the death of great work. She does not ask, she dictates. She does not create, but executes, and she does not fiddle with laziness. Apprentices under her watch either become great craftsmen or are forever doomed to mediocre tasks.

Born to a visiting weaver and Journeyman Tailor, it is no wonder that Avilinne grew up to be a Master of some variety of cloth craft. She learned much from her mother before she was old enough to apprentice, and was accepted into the Hall at an early age.
Always a serious child and eventual teenager, Avilinne rose quickly through the ranks, but had few friends or outside interests. She was a traveling Journeyman for some time, working in Bitra for the longest before returning to walk the tables for her Master ranking. She was sent to Dawnsisters Hold to serve Lady Geri, and has grown accustomed to the agreeable weather on the Southern continent.
