Nairn is handsome in the way his father was, though not as distinguished. He hopes that will come with age. He's not as muscular as a dragonrider, but he keeps himself in shape with long walks around the hold, participating in much of the work when needed, and just to get away from the hastles of everyday.

| SHORT HISTORY |
Nairn was the second son, but despite that, he was raised to know he would eventually be the Lord Holder. His older brother, Haslett, was a layabout, participating in any scam he could, which left Nairn to be the responsible one. Secretly, he envied both his brothers their freedom, since they could go out and pursue their dreams, something he's never really be able to accomplish.
He tried to talk his father out of ever retiring. He tried to talk his brother back into being a good fill for the position. In fact, he tried for a month or so to convince his younger brother, Gerrin, that he wanted the job. But then Gerrin bailed on him and went and Impressed a bronze, his father retired anyway, and Haslett went and got himself killed.
Fardling relatives. With the death of his mother, and the retirement (and subsequent death) of his father, Nairn has grown into his own. He learns new things about the running of the Hold every day and has gotten it to the point where it is almost second nature. Having the rest of his siblings around helps and keeps him calm most of the time, though he still occasionally walks off to leave some of it behind, even if it's only for a few hours.

Nori is very patient for a green, conscious of when her friend needs quiet. She is poised, delicate, and polite which are all things a good lady should be. She's aware that she's not a gold, but with no gold around to contradict her, she runs the roost.
